HIRE TALENT NOT DEGREES

This is a great 2min video from an elder, hire people because they are talented not because they're educated. I've been saying that for decades. 

There are plenty of educated people in politics and look at the mess they've made of it. 

Elon Musk hires talented workaholics that have passion for the work that they do. 

I remember when I first started work for an ad agency in London and two women took me for a drink at the local pub, they asked me to stop working so hard because I was showing them up. 

I pondered upon what they said and carried on with my own work ethic that had been instilled by my parents. Within six months I was promoted and they were not. Talented people go above and beyond what they are asked to do. 

One of my bosses said he told the board of directors, she's the best thing since sliced bread was invented. I thought that was a funny analogy.

WEF -v- PET OWNERS

Latest news is that the World Economic Forum would like to slaughter millions of pet cats and dogs to fight climate change. Animal rights activists will be up in arms at this controversial new initiative from WEF. WEF's view is that killing millions of cats and dogs worldwide will reduce the "carbon pawprint" due to our pets eating meat. 

WEF has ordered the MSM to begin pushing their narrative on this WEF agenda.

It's not just pet owners and their pets impacted by this. Has we know there is a multi-billion pet food industry and associated products. In the UK, pet owners changing over to raw pet food is the fastest and biggest change the pet food industry has ever witnessed. In the last couple of years, dog ownership in the UK has also increased by 3 million dogs. 

Let's face it WEF doesn't only want to get rid of cats and dogs, they're intent on reducing human population too, members of WEF say that the future doesn't require you. 

JASON GOODMAN -v- CHRISTOPHER BOUCY BOT SENTINEL DEFAMATION

Jason Goodman is another person that is suing Christopher Boucy from Bot Sentinel for defamation. 

Goodman says he is an investigative journalist and was investigating a murder when Bouzy showed up to shut him down in social media. This is particularly relevant when we know that there are other defamation cases against Bot Sentinel and Christopher Boucy. Plus we are aware that people that were working for Twitter were selling blue check marks for $15,000 prior to Elon Musk taking over. 

Boucy gets paid to represent clients and he had Twitter insiders working with him too. I hope that you can connect the dots. At the beginning of this video the attorney, known has DUI Guy featured an article about Christopher Boucy, although neither of the guys in the video support cancelling anyone. DUI Guy was in court during the Depp -v- Heard defamation case and since then he has done a lot more on YT.

KENNEL COUGH, CHEST INFECTIONS

Last week we received an email from our local dog creche that there was a bout of Kennel Cough and Chest infections going around in our area, plus its airborne. 

Then during the night my pup was coughing, then again this morning an hour after his breakfast. 

The advice is to observe him for the next few days because sometimes they can shake it off, especially if they have had the Kennel Cough vaccination, which he has. Although they can still catch it. 

So he is indoors now for observation in the warmth, PDSA say if there is any signs of loss of appetite, lethargy, or high temperature, then take him immediately to the vets.

If he does have it, then he will have to stay away from other dogs and public places where dogs go for 2-3 weeks, it is highly contagious. That means he will have to stay indoors, although, I don't think he will mind too much, has he doesn't like the cold, rain or wind and temperatures are freezing in the UK this week. He is a good boy, potty trained on training pads. 

Here's hoping he can shake it off because he has a Dog's Christmas Party to attend on the 14th December, 2022. Hopefully, he will be fine to go. 

Can Dogs Have Honey? 

After they are a year old, they can, a half to a teaspoon a day for my dog's size to help him this weekend and then we will see how he goes.

It's really important that they have plenty of rest and the advice is not to take them out on the lead and collar. PETMD share that we can give the dog a teaspoon 2-3 times a day. I gave my dog one teaspoon of honey in his second meal of the day. I will see how he gets on with that prior to giving him anymore. If he's fine with that then I can increase it, putting a little in his water.

Insiders say that King Charles and Prince William are bereft after the first three-part docuseries from Netfllix that targets the monarchy. At this point, there is this to say to them both. 

"Unconditional love doesn't mean that you allow anyone to trample upon your soul, otherwise there is nothing left but feeling bereft". It was great advice from Jesus Christ to yours truly a couple of decades ago, another reason that I pass it on to you both in pure intention and his grace. 

Princess Diana always knew that Harry would land in trouble and he did get caught which is sad for everyone involved. His family, his friends and the people of our kingdom.

Last night I was given the name JAMANI, then this evening I watched the owner of Revolver News on Steve Bannon's show. While on the show he mentioned that a woman had been trying to steal Revolver News and on the website there is an article about an "obsessed" woman that doesn't leave it alone due to her intention to destroy. 

This is a prime example of the lefty nutcases that are responsible for the cancel culture that has managed to survive in recent years.  What's her name? Nandini Jammi, you can find the story and copies of her Tweets featured in the article about the case. It doesn't sound like that she has anything better to do but to troll a news outlet that is sharing truth, so the question is who is paying her and who does she work for?

STREP A MRNA JAB

The Guardian have reported that there have been 15 fatalities of children with Strep A.

What we don't know is whether these children received the flu jab or Covid Nanotechnology mRNA jab, or both. Some people are receiving both at the same time. A neighbour reported that she caught Covid and was ill after having the double jab booster. When she asked the GP about it, he replied "it happens a lot". 

What we do know is that Fauci's Moderna have been funding research in Australia for the development of an MRNA jab for Strep A. The University of Queensland cite that the research has been going on during 2021-2022.
