A 37-year old, whose parents came to Britain legally from Sri Lanka in the 1980s forged careers in the NHS. He claims that the "vast majority of Muslims" in our country are patriots who believe net migration is too high. And those that came legally are affronted by the amount of illegals that are entering the UK.
The Daily Telegraph report that Zia Yusuf makes a big donation to Reform UK.
I received this message whilst thinking about the elections. "They're dumping the Labour Party".
If people didn't sign up to register to vote by today, they won't be able to vote. Reports are coming in that the vote registrations is down since the 2019 general election.
Then this article was published. Support for Labour in Wales has fallen by 20%. Keir Starmer's support has collapsed. In the referendum, the Welsh chose to leave the EU, so a lot of Brexiteers in Wales. From May to the 13th June, YouGov found that Labour had plunged from 51% to 31%.
They've had a recent change of Labour leaders in Wales, and the leader that became First Minister received a "vote of no confidence", yet, he remains in office. 57% of the Welsh public think that Vaughan Gething should go and the way that they can get rid of him is to vote on mass for a different party.

In Manchester it also looks like Angela Rayner could also lose her seat.
A good article about Reform UK's plan to reform the NHS. Dr David Bull, a fully qualified medical doctor, a surgeon, wrote the plan for the NHS. He is one of the deputy leaders of Reform UK.

Do you remember the dream that I received of Zelenskky, he was told to make friends with Russia. I received that dream on the 17th February, 2024.

In recent days Putin has been speaking about the potential of a peace deal with Kyiv, yet NATO has rejected it. It is nothing to do with NATO, Ukraine are not members of NATO. Although Ukraine was promised membership if they did what the west told them to do e.g.make war against Russia.
Nigel Farage has said that Zelenskyy will have to make a peace deal with the Kremlin. I agree.
A journalist at the Telegraph says this should have been the plan that the Conservatives campaigned on for this election.

Reform chose to launch their "Contract with the People" in Wales. The Welsh voted to leave the EU when we did and there are a lot of very dissatisfied Welsh voters due them having a Labour Welsh government. There was even a "vote of no confidence" in the Welsh Labour leader in Wales recently.
Are there enough Welsh people that are willing to vote for Reform? They have some great policies, including agricultural policies. It certainly is time for some trouble-shooters because nothing is working properly in the UK. I haven't received my postal vote yet, while others in my area have received theirs.

Prof Mary Hickson from the dietetics department at Plymouth says that appetite can diminish in our 70s and 80s partly because of our sense of taste and smell is less sensitive. From personal experience, I'd say it actually begins in the 60s.
A study by the University of Sheffield found that more than half of older adults do not eat sufficient protein.
Hickson says that the proportion of water in the body is less for older people so it's easy to become dehydrated. Bone health calcium is important and guidelines from the British Dietetic Association recommend three portions of mil-based products a day.
I've been having three portions of Greek yogurt a day, (sometimes six) although I have put on weight due to it. I have to reduce my intake of yoghurt and eat more cheese and eggs.
I don't agree with Hickson's dietary recommendations because some of those foods are high in oxalates. It sounds like she hasn't read Sally K Norton's book on oxalates, titled, "Toxic Superfoods".
A lot of people stopped eating dairy due to all the medical scaremongering, I've never stopped having real butter, cheese, eggs and yogurt in my diet. Dairy also helps to eliminate oxalates from the body. Fresh lemon juice is good for doing that too.
Now that is good for our dairy farmers, Jeremy Clarkson is even selling raw milk.
I eat a lot of protein, steaks, lamb shanks, homemade burgers, meatballs, meat sauce, kebabs etc. Plus chicken and fish. Doc says I have a folate deficiency so taking a supplement and having more broccoli. I do eat a lot of Pak Choi for potassium.
However, some days I just don't have an appetite, so I'll have some sardines on toast. I find I don't have an appetite if I've eaten a lot of protein the day before. It's like the body is saying, give me time to digest that, the tummy is full. So be body intuitive and listen to your body.
A new polling published in the Express today, Reform UK is tipped to win 7 seats in bombshell new poll.
They're also polling ahead of Conservatives in 59 seats.

There is certainly going to be some surprises in this general election.
Professor Matthew Goodwin has been on the campaign trail talking to people in the constituency that is tipped to be a win for Nigel Farage.
Alan Miller, Together Declaration organised a large bikers meeting in Clacton yesterday, Alan says he invited all of the candidates to speak to the biker community, although it appears that only Nigel Farage accepted the offer. There are a million bikers in the UK, the bikers are part of our British culture.
Take our country back, it began with the referendum, we have to keep going to defend our culture, people and country. Freedom has to be defended or lose it, make Great Britain Great Again.
Reform UK car stickers are on my car, Reform UK window sticker is in the front window of my home. I've been asked where I got the stickers from, I bought them on ebay.

Alas, the National Farmer's Union, President, Tom Bradshaw doesn't even mention the Reform party in his short video on the party manifesto's. He appears to be supporting the Liberal Democrats. He doesn't even mention the policies put forward by the Reform party and as we know, Reform are now in 2nd in the polls. Not only that, 50% of Conservative voters would like the Tories to have an alliance with the Reform party.

It was the 11th May, when I received the dream of Nigel, the dogs and boats.
https://lotusfeet22.blogspot.com/2024/05/farage-dog-dream.html
Hasn't a lot happened since then. At the beginning of June Nigel announced that he was standing for the Clacton constituency, which includes Holland-on-Sea, Frinton-on Sea, Walton-on-Sea and Jaywick. He also announced that he was becoming the leader again.
Since then he has been assaulted twice, yet, nothing will stop him this time. It is the best opportunity to date for him. 23 days to go to election day and it is going to be epic.
The tide has turned in the EU elections, will it be a tsunami in the UK for Reform? What will Labour do if Starmer and his cohorts don't get re-elected? Who will lead their party then? Same for Sunak, if he and his cohorts don't get re-elected, who will become the next leader of the Tories?
Interesting isn't it that we can ban dogs from entering the country, but we don't ban people from entering the country and staying. It has been going on for decades, there was a case in the papers the other week, a man had arrived on a student visa in 1977, and he had never left the country, nor did he apply for citzenship, he took our country and people for granted, that he would be able to stay.
This case came to light because the Home Office had told him to leave the country. What does that say about the Home Office that took 43 years to tell that man to leave? It's not fit for purpose is it? I'd have a clear out of the Home Office, and employ veterans to do the work. At least our veterans have taken the oath to defend our people and country.
The Reform UK party have got some excellent policies, I recommend that everyone takes a look at their website.
The Independent Inquiry delayed the Covid injection module investigation until 2025. Together Declaration shared today that the people have the right to know now.

In a recent JL Partners poll featured in the Telegraph, it found two in five (40%) of 2019 Tory voters plan to stick with the Conservatives, with 20% planning to back Reform and 15% set to vote Labour.
It certainly looks like the tide has turned, the question is will it be a tsunami?
Certainly what has happened in the European elections has been a shock to some, a new politics has emerged and the Green vote declined from 2019, immigration has taken over in being the number one issue replacing climate and net zero amongst the younger voters.
On the 11th June, 23 days to go, count down.
UPDATE
I found this amusing, Tory advertising is advertising Reform. The Tories should get themselves a new ad agency.
13 million retirees, campaigners remain baffled why no effective representation exists for Britain's growing elderly population when it has an army of social mobility commissioners. Campaigners request a Commissioner for Older People.
A good article from the Daily Express.
https://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/1909083/OAP-elderly-pensioners
I first noticed it in 2020, the governments "project fear" and the impact it was having on the younger generation. W.H.O also found that "Elder Abuse", had increased by 84%.
Divine justice that those that tried to replace us are being replaced in the EU parliament. Common sense will reign over insanity, as the rise of the right wing politicians in Europe threaten EU Net Zero climate ambitions. GB News response to the climate change nutters, "It's how democracy works". Well it looks like karma to me, there has been a rise in common sense amongst the general public.
Lotus Eaters have also done a video on how the Zoomer's are rising up for common sense. Carl Benjamin and his team have certainly laid the facts on the line for the younger generations. Is common sense far right, nah. Common sense is common sense.
The Zoomer's in the UK realise that if they don't rise up, there will be no welfare state, there will be no pensions that they're paying for. They saw how the government took the pensions from their grandmother's, grandmother's that helped their grandchildren to open their eyes and ears.
My gran used to say, "Waste not, want not" and the Zoomer's have seen how much money that successive governments have "wasted. "I think the last few years tipped the balance too with all the Covid "wastage and corruption".
There is an exodus of Irish doctors moving to Australia, one doctor says that the pay isn't that much higher in Australia but they do less hours, hence a better quality of life. Some of the young Irish graduates are leaving straight after graduation.
