The Welsh farmers appear to think that it is due to the Welsh Labour government that the Sustainable Farming Scheme (SFS) is being promoted in Wales. This article reports that farmers will be required to ensure that 10% of their land is covered in trees and 10% is treated has wildlife habitat to be eligible for government subsidies, set to be introduced in 2025.
I don't think they realise that this is going on all over the UK, there are always strings attached to any subsidies from government and Rishi Sunak is World Economic Forum that stands against traditional farming. You know, the same WEF that would like us to eat bugs.
