and to anyone that wears glasses I recommend that you do your research on oxalates due to oxalates being involved in the degeneration of eyesight and conditions of the eyes that includes torn retinas.
The most professional book on the subject matter is written by Sally K Norton, titled "Toxic Superfoods".
I highly recommend that everyone reads it. After watching some of the interviews with Sally, I bought four copies to ensure close friends had a copy of it. A gift that can help the lives of others.
