This Active Patriot has been filming the immigrants while they've been arriving on the Kent coastline. He was arrested by the border police for filming at the border. In this video the patriot shares how he won his case. The judge decided that there was no breach of the peace at the border until border police laid their hands on him. Fortunately, the Active Patriot had filmed it all and was able to provide the court with the evidence.
