TOMATO EFFECT

I had a great crop of tomatoes that I grew in 2019 and I usually have tomatoes in the fridge.

For dinner this evening I am having venison burgers with a potato and leek gratin. With a herb salad, coriander, dill, tomato, cucumber and spring onion covered in olive oil. I find that venison is much gentler on the intestines and as such digests easier than beef. So I have started having some wild venison burgers for a change, as my body likes it. I only usually eat meat once or twice a week, depending on what I buy and I have some wild venison once a month.

In this video Dr Greger from Nutrition Facts discusses the Tomato Effect.
