It's not just about economics either, the EU has been trying to standardise everything in Europe, so that every countries healthcare is the same. You have to remember that in some European countries, their healthcare is paid for privately. We know for a fact that the EU has been funding private healthcare companies in the UK to privatise our NHS. Not only that but those that support the EU also supported the bill to take people's organs in the UK without permission. That is organ harvesting.
