My chives have lovely flowers on them, in this video it shares a recipe for chives. The more chives you grow the more flowers that you will have, and they are flowering now.
You can also make a chive blossom vinegar, by putting the flowers in water and after that into white wine vinegar, lovely how it turns pink. Or you could make a chive blossom infused oil with olive oil or even some flower essences. Chives are one of my most favourite herbs, just have to have my chives in my salads, and sprinkled on potato salad, or on egg mayonnaise.
