Dr Sandhu shares his story and experiences of what has been happening with the privatisation of the NHS. Another distressed doctor, the cost of Jeremy Hunt's plans to destroy a national institution that people have dedicated and devoted their lives too.
In the late 80's we had over 300,000 hospital beds in the UK, that figure has been reduced to 130,000 at a time when there is a population explosion. A government report states that beds were reduced by 56%. Beds for acute hospital care have also reduced by 43%.
The report goes on to say that this is happening across Europe, although Poland and Norway have increased hospital beds per 1,000 population. In fact, Poland's increase has been 137.5% whereas Norway has only increased by 1.7%. Poland truly a Christian nation.

Then the politicians have the audacity to say that it is elderly people that are bed blocking, when in fact, the current privatisation plan is unworkable, with such a high population, with too few facilities available to accommodate it.
Even Professor Stephen Hawkings is against Jeremy Hunt and the privatisation. This is a 999 call for the original NHS.
