Pancake Day 2016

So its pancake day and my son makes the best pancakes, although it would be great to have some ice cream with the pancakes. Never mind, I have some golden syrup or maple syrup in stock. It makes you wonder why we don't have ice cream and cheesecake shops in the UK like they have in Australia.

Australia have the best cheesecakes in the world and my son and I know about that, because we lived above a cheesecake shop. It reminded me of when we used to travel to Hampstead to get the wonderful pastries on Sunday as a treat for the family that were visiting.

The cheesecake shops in Australia are a franchise, although you had to collect the cheesecakes. The choice was amazing, and we just had to try them all. How amazing it would be if we had these in the UK, and they also did home deliveries. Yep, there are now franchise opportunities in the UK.

You didn't have to buy a whole cheesecake, you could buy half of two different cheesecakes. Or a quarter of four different cheesecakes.
