A lovely documentary that shares how her public speaking teacher worked with Diana to improve her public speaking and presentation skills. In the process of their sessions together it helped Diana to unload what she was holding deep inside, it also enabled her to appreciate herself, her potential and her truth. You are able to see how Peter helped to empower Diana and her natural abilities, how he helped her align more fully with her natural strengths and how to overcome her weaknesses.
How during the unloading of what was in her heart, it also enabled her to really feel her passion, and to speak from her heart about what she felt passionate about. What Peter did with her during his sessions with her began the unlocking to liberate her love to come through in her speeches in a powerful way to make her points heard. That is what Diana had always asked for, for people to listen to her and hear what she had to say. In Peter she found someone that she trusted and in so doing, you can see how her restoration came to be. How she began to redeem the best aspects of herself and to show it to the world.
Peter shares that they tried to take the tapes of their sessions away from him after her passing- and he defends his work engagement with Diana, the integrity of it, and he shares with the world what happened. Peter says that she was just beginning to become a really dynamic and formidable woman.
A woman in her power and in her strength, as is often the case with a woman in her 30's.
Early on in the documentary it mentions her mother-in-law, and how Elizabeth wasn't happy about the events in 1992 at all. A leap year that she won't forget and nor will we, a leap year that had a huge impact on Buckingham Palace. No surprise then that there has also been an event outside Kensington Palace, in this leap year. So once again, it is a year that Harry, Wills and Kate won't forget either.
Diana also mentions her bodyguard - and how she thought that her bodyguard had been bumped off. She honestly shares that she loved him, and how Charles told her of his passing as she was about to get out of the car before the world's media. A bereaved Diana, Charles to do such a thing to his vulnerable wife. Is that how you treat the people of the UK too?
Clearly, he did it to her intentionally, and to impact upon her prior to a major engagement in Cannes - Cannes where she would have been introduced to a lot of people.
Although the documentary states it made her stronger, (clearly, that was only because she had been tutored by Peter) and it certainly would have confirmed what she already knew in her heart to be true.
The media also thought that her public speaking tutor was having a relationship with her, and was hounded by the press. Clearly she felt comfortable with him, and able to share so much, its clear that it was only due to what happened to her that the tapes of her sharing were shared by Peter.
To return to the public speaking, it just goes to show how powerful it can be. And as I watched Peter working with her, it reminded me of the Son of Joseph when I was 12 years old. How he tutored his daughter to speak and debate for school on the Match girls. How incredibly important public speaking is for confidence, how powerful it is in how you use your voice.
From experience I am aware that the more public speaking that you do, the easier it becomes. To the point that it just comes naturally, and an important aspect of who you are when you are speaking on an on-going basis.
The same can be said for writing, the more you write the more you unlock your creative abilities to liberate your talent. During her tutoring - it shows us that she was still healing what had happened to her - and still had very strong feelings about it.
Although she had become far more philosophical about life, she had no choice but to be so - if she was to move on with her life - has she had hoped to do. Our Queen of Hearts being as natural as they come, sharing all of her, always in our hearts of memories, a woman that had such a powerful impact upon so many different peoples lives.
Such huge potential to change the world, in a twinkling of an eye. Buckingham Palace was determined to put a stop to her influence. However, her love and its Spirit soared beyond Buckingham Palace, her Spirit soared into our lives after she passed over.
