Those that read this blog and tried some of the recipes for different health conditions will be pleased to hear that we have had some success with the coconut oil cleaning the teeth: The capers and artichoke that was also mentioned on the blog - as being good for the glands that serve the mouth!
So no coincidence then that 'artichoke' is on the menu again and pasta with artichoke and some capers would be good with some flakes of coconut to continue with the new diet tailored made for different health conditions:
I can see how that pasta dish would be great with smoked mackerel that has been powerful in the diet - I also have some fresh anchovies - peppers and fresh chili - that would be awesome with a cucumber and yoghurt salad side dish with mint - and or a tomato and red onion salad: I like lots of different flavors in my food!
I tend to buy the artichoke hearts that are already prepared - and I also eat them raw or just with a salad! They are expensive for what they are - but when your health is on the line - you have to put that first:
Artichoke is not only good for the mouth and its glands - it is also good for other health conditions as well - so check out this excellent link:
As far as crowns in the mouth are concerned - did you know that under the porcelain is heavy metal - so seriously consider what you are doing - prior to having a crown put into your mouth! Think about it - when did they start putting crowns in the mouth - and what health conditions have you experienced since those crowns were put in! Is there any dental research on the impact of those crowns - is that something that the dentists are willing to look at!
How about what the teeth x-rays do to your glands - or the injections and drilling etc - how much 'trauma' can your body take - do you know!
The tornado in Illinois video is interesting as you can see various things in the tornado itself:
In the first few minutes of the video I could see a bear - then a large fish - after that the head of a bird like an eagle and after that the Spirit of a person:
Towards the end of the video - you can then see faces in the tornado:
I am often given the word 'Illinois' so the tornado was no surprise to me - in fact in the past I have warned people to leave Illinois and Chicago: However as biblical prophecy predicted they did not listen and some Americans only wish to hear good things about the USA and what is coming upon it!

This video was uploaded to youtube on the 9th April 2015
The 9th of April is the 'Day of Excess'
And the USA is known internationally for its 'Excess'
April the 4th month and the number 4 is a feminine number
Micah 4 when she arrived at the end of April in the USA
That is a reminder of what Jesus said in the teachings of the spiritually elect
2015 = Luke 20:15 Jesus also speaks about 'generous'
2015 as Jesus said a time of repose for yours truly - and the weather men today are predicting a heat wave for this Spring and a hot Summer - that would be wonderful for the health of this body: The water around the UK is also getting warmer and scientists predict that in the medium to long term the people will have to get used to the idea that there will be no more cod and chips - and that there will be squid instead!
The beauty of repose in a woman with gracefulness - in the acceptance of the changes that the planet is experiencing: I read this tonight and thought it was lovely - the repose of the soul - a treatise on the love of God - I was going to add it to the post on repose and I came across an old post that provides a prophecy that mentions the timeline of repose:
Its summer weather here in the UK today and there has just been news that the soul singer Percy Sledge has passed over: The BBC wrote that he had an operation for 'liver cancer' in 2014 although he carried on touring afterwards he was age 73: He passed over in his home in 'Baton Rouge' on the 14th April 2015:
The 14th of April is the 'Day of Tradition' and 73 is also a biblical number - so no surprise that he passed over closely after the lunar eclipse and the holiday time! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Percy_Sledge
He was most well known for his hit 'When a man loves a woman' may he rest in peace -and for sure he inspired many of our children of the sun:
This is him singing a different song: Warm and tender love
When I woke up today - I woke up with Frank Sinatra singing what sounded like 'Let there be love'
In the Sinatra songs he sang of 'Chicago' and also 'New York' - also while I was reading about decisions that America has made - I was given the word 'Signor' an Italian word!
Sinatra's funeral was held at the Catholic Church of the Good Shepherd in California on 20th May 1998: It is written that the words 'The best is yet to come' are imprinted on Sinatra's grave marker!
The RAB - Dad used to sing this song 'Close to You' as well as other Sinatra songs - and when I was a child I used to sing 'Strangers in the night' no surprise then in recent years we made a video called 'Adopt a Stranger'
Last week when I looked at the sun in England - I had to keep onlooking at it - as it looked like the sun was coming out of another sun: I also saw the blackbird three times in just over a week:
First it was outside my kitchen window on the tree of pink blossom and then the next day I saw it again - this time I could see that it was close to my front door at the side of my kitchen window on the left: Then there was the situation that followed it during the cherry blossom festival in the USA:
'Ornithomancy' – the ancient Greeks embraced that prophecies could be 'deduced from the behaviour of birds' and an American Christian and I have a great memory about when a bird came to visit him -and he asked what it meant: The explanation given to him at the time about the bird that came to him - turned out to be true - and in his case the bird had come to warn him about what was coming: The next thing we knew his wife had left him with their children: Now the scientific mindset that likes to say that everything is normal - could they have given the warning to that young American Christian - I think not!
To continue with my story about the blackbird - today I saw the blackbird again - it was on the wall to the left of me in the garden in front of the lounge window: It is rare for me to see a blackbird with a yellow beak - so it has been unusual to see it three times in a just over a week:
Blackbirds are male when their feathers are all black and the blackbird clearly as a message to deliver : The bird is associated with Archangel Auriel: Its cycle of power is the summer time - so summertime is near - and very warm temperatures are being predicted in the UK - in fact its looking like its going to be a hot summer:
Sweet - the black birds are monogamous so the message is also to do with monogamous relationships and they usually stay together for as long as they survive: The blackbird the bird of faithfulness and the male bird is also known to feed its young: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_blackbird
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ik0A5TfvmYs
So it looks like the blackbird has made a nest close to me - and that is an excellent sign - and it is meant to be beneficial to the receiver of his presence: Author Ted Andrews also shares with us that the blackbird became associated with Saint Kevin - and the story goes that they nested in his hand:
Saint Kevin was known for his tremendous gentleness and love: So again - the blackbird is associated with the saints - and biblically Elijah was fed by the birds - so a bird that likes to be close to the mystics!
As a totem it indicates that there will be new surprises and new energies migrating into my life - as the nest births the new birds! The new birth will come from this location - as the blackbird likes it in this place: He likes the blossom trees - he likes the berries and the fruit - he likes to be close to the feminine and to water - so I shall put a bird bath out for him tomorrow:
It feels like there are some new neighbors coming:
The name 'Bobbi Kristina' was received yesterday - and then the message about the dark skinned ones tonight: 'They are conscientious and they shall be known as the children of the sun'
Conscientious like the blackbird - our children of the sun!

7 “But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you; 8 or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you.
Job 12 As Jesus said 'You can do with it grace' UPDATE Monday 13th April 2015 Blackbird is flying fast
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UaSMROk-D-A Monday was traditionally my day of rest when I was teaching at weekends and exhibiting! Nostradamus also gave a prophecy that mentions Diana Diana means heavenly and divine and it indicated a timeline Diana our Queen of Hearts in this land of England The land of Joseph and Joseph coat of many colors also understood the birds No coincidence then that healing animals is very popular in the UK Shall we see some conscientious pilots emerging from the English nest! The prophecies predicted that people would have their own tree to sit under That mountains would become roads That the people would be shown new paths that they hadn't walked before The blackbird is the bird of faithfulness Trustful loyalty To those that were brought into my life To those that shared my home To those that I met socially To those that called for divine guidance To those that came to learn healing They were truly loved by yours truly Love beyond measure The teachings of the spiritually elect Take That Do it all for love
