However, most plant foods are high in oxalates, do don't listen to his advice if you are concerned about degenerative and chronic diseases that are caused when the body is in oxalate overload.

Time he read Sally K Norton's book on "Toxic Superfoods" on the harm that oxalates found in plant food do to the body. Even dogs can suffer from an overload of oxalates.
