A few days ago, I heard clearly, "7/11", in the UK, as a date, that numeric applies to 7th November, 2023.
That is the date of the state opening of parliament when Charles III will be giving his speech on his governments plans for the year. Basically, the government tells Charles what their plans are for the next year then he reads it out in parliament. This is most likely the last state opening prior to the next general election in the UK.
When I was given 7/11, it made me think of 9/11.
In American history, the 7th November 2000 was the date of a disputed election and the Supreme Court made the final decision in favour of President Bush. Hence, in 2020, it wasn't the first time that an election was disputed.
In Hebrew gematria, the numeric of 711 is "to turn the face towards".
