Another video from Dr Shiva, 4 mins on the health benefits of eating oats. I tend to eat oats for breakfast sometimes in the wintertime. Although I like to put oats in cakes too, goes great with ground almond.
I've also used oats in a muslin bag in the bath, you squeeze the bag in hot water and put the milky substance straight onto your skin, it is great for skin and makes your skin feel like silk.
Recently, I bought an oats shampoo for the dog, approved by the RSPCA. He's had his paws in the bath today, due to the rain and muddy grass areas locally. He's had a haircut in the last week, he looks more like this now. He will be 19 months next week, the time has gone so quickly.
