GASTROENTEROLOGY and IRON

Understanding an Iron deficiency especially for women as women suffer from gastro issues more than men. What I have seen in women that have to have gluten-free food are is that they are Iron deficient. In 2016, while investigating a health case I discovered that women have to increase their iron intake by nearly three-fold during and after menopause. So I have been recommending that ever since.

If a person says that they've had gastro issues since a child that can indicate that they lacked iron when they were a child too. When I was a child my mother gave me tapioca puddings that I liked very much. Tapioca is very high in iron and it is also gluten-free.
