Content Over Everything

Content Over Everything have been sharing some filming at Speakers Corner in London and today this video was uploaded. It's called "Killa P - On Reasons and Effects Behind The Youth Killings".

This man from the community speaks a lot of common sense that I agree with. What's sad is that it is such a tiny % of the whole community that is involved in causing extensive trauma for the all of it. I agree with his humanity although I would say that people have to pick up their hearts. He mentions the funding and what happens to positive and successful projects, the budgets get cut.

The same thing happened at Sure Start, basically your work gets "hijacked". The reason that some of the budgets and projects are cut is that once they think that they know what you are doing, they think that they can repeat what you do, and it's effectiveness, without you.

That's like saying that everyone can sing the same as Whitney Houston, some people have a unique talent that is a rare find. Just as Carl Jung was a rare talent in his day.

Government agencies forget that a huge amount of life experience is required to become a success at anything that is worthwhile. They forget that a lot of life experience goes into what really works, and it requires specific facilitators with the right background and experience in knowing how to get results with individuals. People are not a number or a stat, every person is unique with a different story.

I don't think that the academics and policy makers that advise the governments have got their heads around the power of uniqueness and why the pioneers themselves are so important and essential to the whole process in assisting people to make the breakthroughs.

If they really appreciated rare talent in the humanitarian works, they would support putting more resources behind the individuals, instead of cutting their budgets and projects.

Pioneers have a heart connection with their work, and a heart connection with the people that they share it with. In my experience very few health and education workers have that heart connection with the people that they are paid to help.  It was proven that some can't even look at themselves and examine their own lives. It takes a willingness to go within and do the inner work, it requires strength and courage.

Health and education workers weren't trained to be transparent with the people, and how to work in self-disclosure that comes naturally to healers.

Coming from the heart for healers is as natural as singing was for Whitney.  How can anyone reach a child's heart, if they haven't found their own?

The power of love is so strong, so heartfelt, it achieves what others can't and couldn't. It wasn't just about the content, it was about the power of the heart of love that delivered it. It was about appreciation, understanding, compassionate action, mercy, and support. When people are showered with love, it helps to raise their vibration, it inspires people to challenge themselves, to do their very best. Everyone requires healing, even health and education workers.

LOVE IS STANDING BY
