Prophet Isaiah warned them in the prophecies, he warned them that if they didn't take this reality to their hearts then the war would come, it did, in 2006 after my first mission to Israel.
Isaiah warned them that if they still didn't take it to their hearts, then the fire would come. It did, in 2010, 5 million trees burned to the ground in the Mount Carmel area, and it happened at Jewish New Year too.
Biblically a drought is to do with the will of God, and the Jewish sages know that.
