"Trauma" changes DNA

Took a look to see what author and cellular biologist Bruce Lipton is up to lately - and he had featured a link to some research that has been done in the UK: The article is dated the 29th April 2015 - and it is called 'Depression can physically change your DNA' and it is featured on Science Alert!

"Researchers from the UK have found evidence that 'depression' doesn't just change our brains - it can also alter our DNA and the way that our cells generate energy! A team from the Wellcome Trust for Human Genetics investigated the genomes of more than 11500 women - with the hopes of finding genes that might contribute to the risk of depression: But instead they stumbled across a signature of metabolic changes in their cells that appears to have been triggered by the disease"

Interesting that Wellcome are now researching what I was writing about 'Depression' in the 90's - takes those guys a long time to catch up doesn't it! Interesting that they refer to 'Depression' as a disease - rather than a health condition with a cause and or causes! Although they do mention in the article that 'trauma' is often the cause of it: The research concludes that 'Depression' is much more than a 'Mood Disorder' due to its ability to impact on cells: 

The article also shares with you that another team of researchers have found that 'trauma' also impacts on 'cellular aging' - and that can often be seen on the face of people! However - it can also be reversed - as I said to one of our practitioners -  she looks ten years younger than she did when I first met her! 

Sjogrens syndrome is another example of how 'trauma' can impact on the physiology of your body as it is usually 'trauma' that triggers it into action!  'Trauma' can come in all shapes and sizes - hence so many different health condition are the result of it - if is not treated appropriately and speedily!  

Currently - the medical profession are not equipped to help the people to heal it - and that is why so many people end up going to alternative practitioners - and complimentary therapists for help! However people have to be open to receiving the help that is available -  if you can afford to pay for it privately! 

So what about the people that can't afford it - what about the people that were not prepared for what was coming - what do the NHS have to say to those people - not a lot! 

I've already decided to tell the NHS what to do with their annual 'breast screening' that impacts on the endocrine system - no thank you! There comes a point in your life - when you have to keep on saying no to the NHS - there a comes a point in your life when your body says 'no more physical trauma' especially when it is co-created by a state institution - that is owned by the corporation that is happy to pump you with their pharmaceuticals! 

Recovery requires that you are in tune with your body - that you listen to your body - and what it is telling you on a daily basis: The human body has an amazing way of communicating with you - it has an incredible way of communicating what it requires from you - to assist the healing process of the dynamic self-healing system: 

Sometimes that means that you require help from healers and complimentary medicine practitioners - yes we can massage the self - but massage has a greater impact - if a therapeutic massage therapist does it for you: 

Touch - hands on - is incredibly important for the healing of the body - softness and caressing the body - letting the body know that you love it - and treat it with tender loving care! 

Only in being intuitive - and truly listening and understanding your physical being - can you assist the recovery of it! 

BALLERINA MAYA RIP

MOSCOW (AP) " The ashes of Maya Plisetskaya, the renowned Bolshoi Theater ballerina who died this weekend, will be spread over Russia in accordance with her wishes.

Bolshoi director Vladimir Urin said Plisetskaya left instructions for her to be cremated and, after the death of her husband, the composer Rodion Shchedrin, for the ashes to be joined together and spread over Russia.

In a statement carried by Russian news agencies, Urin cited a section of Plisetskaya's will that he said had been given to him by Shchedrin.

Plisetskaya, whose career at the Bolshoi spanned more than 35 years, was regarded as one of the greatest ballerinas of the 20th century. She died Saturday in Germany of a heart attack at age 89.

The LORD and CHALUT

On the 30th April 2015 I wrote of the whistle of the LORD that is heard clairaudiently and it is mentioned in Isaiah 5:26 - after the post was written the LORD spoke and he sometimes speaks to me in Hebrew - he said CHALUT - and in Hebrew it means 'Pioneer':

In the night I received the 'Crystal Children Dream' that included 'disabled children' and in the dream interpretation it mentions the 'puzzles' and the 'mysteries':

While bathing in the morning of the 1st May 2015 I saw a white bulldog puppy and that dog has been a mascot in England since WW2!

The word 'Pioneer' can be found in the English translation of Hebrews 12:2 although sometimes it is translated as 'author'

On the 2nd May - the pioneering author Ruth Rendell passed over - a Christian Socialist and passionate feminist: Her Swedish mother had passed over when she was young with MS - and it was due to my involvement with the charity that I first met Ruth in the 90's: She was a sober woman in her appearance - an upright - humanitarian Aquarian:

It is clear from the tributes that are flowing in that her writing inspired a genre in publishing - and it is written that she was more interested in why - than who: Ruth was asking people to consider the causes and that is how she was making her point to open their heart of conscience - about social justice in a manner that a pioneering creative writer can do! 

So might the American Christians consider how you are helping humanity to understand the people - like the children of Baltimore:

Ruth a Jewish name - Ruth that did what her uncle was not prepared to do - as recorded in scripture - Ruth that passed over on the Jewish sabbath! 

Ruth passed over on the 'Day of Observation' and the teachings of Archangel Michael included a discourse on 'Observation' that was distributed around the world by yours truly during the Rev 12 timeline: 

Earlier in the year - in March 2015 - Jesus gave me a dish of mashed buttered Swede and then we have a charitable woman that did what her heart compelled her to do: No coincidence then that Ruth was half Swedish and - or - that I was destined to meet her during my life on the planet! 

It was divine intervention that I picked up the newspaper that day - when the MS Society had placed a full page ad for volunteers to help the local branches! My heart was compelled to assist and continue with the fundraising work for the 'disabled' that had begun in the 80's - when wisdom was called to help the local branch of the Scope charity! 

And in Zechariah 12:10 it mentions the Spirit of Grace that was poured out on the house of David and Jerusalem:

Ruth was interested in psychology and it is written that she admitted to reading Freud and Jung - a writer that wrote for a living to help humanity: She was an activist that did her utmost to make an intervention:

Ruth a 20th century woman born in a war torn era - an era that birthed many feminists and Christian socialists due to what the men had done! 

Writing was her passion and so she put her fingers to work - it must have been hard work to write a book in the days of typewriters and yet - she wrote so many! There is also a prophecy about that in the bible - what transpired was for the glory of the LORD God and as it is written by this instrument - be noble in holiness!

On the 2nd May - the 'Day of Observation' in the 'Week of Manifestation' a Lady passed over in London England: 2015 is also the year of generous - as it aligns with Jesus speaking of generous in Luke 2015 - generous - charity and 2015 has been a charitable year to date!

Ruth Rendell RIP

Author Ruth Rendell has passed over age 85 and she had a good life - plenty of people have written tributes to her writing and novels: I have to admit that I had no interest in the genre and I rarely read a novel:

However - I do know that the Lady cared for people - and I met her at an MS charity fundraising event that we were both supporting in the mid 90's before her husband passed over: She was another Aquarian and she passed over on the 2nd May  - the 2nd of May is the 'Day of Observation' in the 'Week of Manifestation':

Seeing this news today - reminds me of the 'Crystal Children dream' that I received last  night - as it was due to fundraising for the 'disabled' that we met each other: I see by her profile that she was also a patron of a charity Kids for Kids! In the dream it mentioned a piece of paper - a recommendation that was given for helping the 'disabled' children - and one of my references given on the journey - was from the chairwoman of the local MS Society who was friendly with Ruth at that time:

I also have a reference from the chairman of Scope due to the work that was carried out for that charity in the 80's: So amongst the many references are two references from charities - and the numeric of two was in the dream:

The dream interpretation also mentioned 'puzzles' and 'mysteries' and Ruth certainly wrote plenty of those -  to inspire readers to look at the deeper issues that society and humanity face - as far as social justice is concerned: In the Spirit of the Aquarian humanitarian sun sign - it is written that she was more interested in why people did things - she was more interested in the causes of the actions of the people rather than who done it!

Also interesting that earlier this year Jesus gave me a dish of mashed buttered Swede - and Ruth's mother was born in Sweden! This article explains why she was involved with the MS Society Charity - her Swedish mother passed over due to MS when she was only young!

A life situation - bereaved of a mother with MS that obviously touched her life very deeply - psychologically: She was a passionate feminist - and a staunch Christian socialist - that was interested in psychology - the Telegraph share with us that she admitted to having read Freud and Jung:

Ruth married and divorced - and then married the same husband again two years later - when Aquarians love - they usually love very deeply and truly!

A 20th century woman - a woman of her own era - with a genre that was inspired by her - a woman admired and respected by her colleagues and those that worked in publishing! A woman that spent her life writing about what mattered - in her heart of conscience - she did her utmost to reach the hearts of the conscience of humanity - by giving people something to think deeply about!

I remember her as a sober woman that stood upright - a woman of repose - with a face of concern!

MAY DAY DOG VISION

May day was interesting - and while bathing with coconut - Vit E and basil aromatherapy oil massaged into my head and shoulders - I saw a vision of a white puppy and it looked like an English Bulldog!

The young dog was just being playful and its keynote is 'Faithfulness and Protection' and its cycle of power is a year! In England this dog is usually associated with Winston Churchill as it was his symbol - you often see it in videos of classical songs that are sung in England at the proms:

So it made me smile when I saw the protestors in London and a young woman sitting on top of a lion:

Protestors rose up from all around the world on what is 'Workers Day' internationally - Milan is one of the locations that was on fire - and Nostradamus gave predictions that included Milan - France - Spain and the UK: From the UK to the Philippines - Malaysia - South Korea - and in Greece I am pleased to report that the Greek finance minister joined the protesters!

Seriously the people have had enough and the people are showing up in their thousands - these numbers will continue to increase - until such time as the politicians listen and abide by the people that they are in office to represent:

So for sure it was the May Day puppy in England - and the whistle of the LORD was given - exactly as the biblical prophecies predicted in Isaiah 5:26 I also heard his whistle calling on the 30th April and made a post on this blog about hearing the whistle clairaudiently! 

There is also news today that Kate as gone into labour and the new birth is about to arrive - the baby is late and that is no surprise - as when babies realize what kind of planet they're being born into - they're not so keen to be born - my son was the same and he was too weeks late!

Babies in the womb hear everything that is going on outside of the womb - and that is a major realization for the baby about what it is being born into: I naturally favor a girl for Kate for her second born - but we will have to see what comes - may her labor be easy and quick - like a dog giving birth to a puppy!

Crystal Children Dream

I was at a fair talking to the women that were selling crystals - they were running out of stock so I showed them my crystals - and they were in different sizes - shapes and colors: I said to the woman that it didn't matter if they didn't sell them: The more crystals that they have on their stand the more people will be attracted to look: The last crystals that I gave them was some black obsidian - and I placed them down one by one like arrows of communication:

While I was giving the crystals - the women asked me if I would be interested in doing two days work with disabled children - and I said 'Yes - I would be happy to do so' 

She wrote out a piece of paper that I had to give to the place and she showed me a picture of the children: I told her that I know of the place because a dear friend used to work there:

Then I was on a bridge - holding the piece of paper - and the wind came and blew the piece of paper out of my hand: It blew the other side of the railings and I couldn't reach it - there were some other people on the bridge - a couple that were behind me and they just looked on: 

There was also a man in suspension that looked like he was doing some work on the bridge - and he was closer to the paper - he too looked on and then the dream ended:

In dream interpretation to dream of crystals signifies that 'when the light is seen shinning through it - a prismatic crystal signifies a quick solution to anything that concerns you - it can also be to do with puzzles and mysteries that people have thought about!' 

So it is a message for those that work with crystals that you will be given solutions for that which you wish to comprehend to help the children:
The fact that there were crystals and 'disabled' children in the dream indicate that the providing of crystals are to be utilized for raising money to help disabled children - for these are the crystal children that are brought light by the crystals and healers: 

To dream of a 'cripple' or 'disabled' children - means that 'you can anticipate that there will be an appeal for help from a relative or associate if your dream included a 'handicapped' person or persons'

'You would be well advised to give the assistance - as it will eventually turn out to be bread on the water' 

To dream of being given some PAPER is a 'symbol of effort' that has been put into help others:

The other people in the dream were not wiling to help her to retrieve the paper - because they just looked at it - after the wind blew it out of her hand!

First the paper was given - and then it was taken away by the wind - so then the healer couldn't do what the women wished for her to do with the children - as she required the paper for the administrator of the place to enable her to work with children: The letter could've been a formal introduction that had been backed by the women - like a reference:

To dream of 'being on a bridge in daylight - and if the bridge is in good repair - if you crossed it without difficulty - it signifies a satisfactory change and prosperity: If the bridge was in repair (and it was) then it signifies a warning about making any changes for the time being' 
The dream shows us that the people have to be willing to help the healers if humanity is to give the children the help that they require:

To dream of numbers in a dream whether it is the number of people or eg the TWO DAYS signifies an increase in personal power and prestige:

Two days also links into a level of a Reiki training course and the equivalent of it: Two also being the numeric of the lovers - harmony and harmonics of sound: The children can be helped in multi-dimensional ways - to assist the children with what they feel - as the numeric of two is to do with the 'emotions' of the children involved in the dream:

TWO is also the numeric of CARING - it is a feminine number:

The digestive system of the children is 'Vulnerable' due to the numeric of two in the dream - and they do require exercise and proper nutrition for their health conditions that they experience:

When I was in Israel with the 'disabled' children - they loved to be in the swimming pool and to splash in the water: They were so happy in the sunshine with wonderful carers - and they loved to dance to the pop music: It was wonderful to see these children happy! 

There were five obsidian crystals put on the table - and they were shaped like keys on a piano so piano music is also good for these children: The numeric of five is also a numeric of physical reality - there were three people in the dream as well as myself: Three is the numeric of the trinity - creativity - initiative and action: 

Four is the numeric of applying intelligent energy and its symbol is the Virgin and the Twins: It is also the numeric of architecture and design that was conveyed in the dream: 

I must admit I have noticed that buildings are still not built for purpose to accommodate these children and people must turn their hearts to the children - in all aspects that concern them: Children have human rights too! 

Obsidian comes from the lava from volcano eruptions - and it is a crystal for the gentle and tender hearted - some say that few mediums can work with this crystal - due to the sheer power of it! 

Clairaudient Whistle

This week - I heard the gong - Tibetan bowl humming sound after partial inversion prior to seeing what happened in Indonesia with the men that sang a prayer as they passed over - one of the men had become an artist during his rehabilitation: Spreading the paint can be a powerful healer and a reminder of the beauty of creation in all of its wonderful colors: It is also a tremendous creative expression when you can express yourself through art in whatever form that requires for your creativity: Sometimes my creativity is expressed in words - sometimes in color - sometimes in cooking and developing new recipes for different health conditions - and sometimes with the magnanimous love healing therapies - oils and essences:

I was also given the name 'Alison' three or four times on the same day - and there are locations with the name of 'Alison' in the USA - Canada and Australia:  The people were asked if anyone in the community knew of a person with the name of Alison - and a person said that they had a dream of their friend 'Alison'-  so that was two people given 'Alison' this week!

Its also the name of a flower - the 'Sweet Alison' that my parents used to have in their garden:

This evening I heard his whistle faintly on the left side - after I had written that I feel like painting again - the whistle is a call!

Prophet Isaiah delivered a message about the whistle and the banner - and the banner as been raised for the nations on our healing mandala blog: Isaiah 5:26 says 'Here they come - swiftly and speedily!'

The LORD said 'Chalut' and sometimes he speaks to me in Hebrew - it is written that the word 'Chalut' means 'Pioneer':
