BREXIT MEAL

My BREXIT lunch salad over the weekend was as follows:

Watercress
Cucumber
Cream cheese with garlic and herbs
Smoked salmon pieces
Fresh marinated anchovies
Coleslaw
Rice Bran Oil
Slice of brown bread and butter.

For supper

English lambs liver dipped in a flour with tarragon, and black pepper.
Onions, garlic, passata and paprika.
Served with potatoes and sweet potatoes.




My breakfast drink yesterday was as follows:

Kiwi (from New Zealand)
Root Ginger
Banana
Goats Milk

My breakfast today:

Rolled oats
Desiccated coconut
Sultanas
Pumpkin, sunflower, fennel, and chia seeds.
Liquorice powder
Goats milk
