Kale and Chicken Soup

There's nothing like a homemade chicken soup as the winter winds begin to arrive.

I've made the chicken stock from the chicken bones. Drained, then removed the chicken from the bones    to put back into the soup. Then filled the pan to top with extra water, prior to adding the following:

1 tablespoon of pearl barley
Large teaspoon of turmeric
A sprinkle of black peppercorns
Handful of sliced carrots and swede
2 large segments of garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
4-5 handfuls of kale, I removed the knotty bits.
Sprinkle of pink salt
Tablespoon of tomato puree
2 sliced green chili's
A quarter of an onion sliced small

Just simmer until it tastes delicious.

Here are some other super soups with kale, they look beautiful, especially soups with beans.

I'm going to have some latkes with the soup, and I am pondering on developing a new aubergine crumble with a difference. The rest of the green chili's have to be put in balsamic vinegar, and olive oil, as they won't stay fresh for much longer.

Onwards and upwards. Later this evening we were sharing about Hosea 2 and what happened when the LORD planted this love in Jezreel in Israel in 2006. The text says that he showed her his love. In a different translation it says that he put his mercy upon the one that had not obtained it.

How amazing then, that the LORD chose to betroth his people to him with a merciful, compassionate and loving woman. His bodhisattva. Righteousness and faithfulness, the harp that was predicted to arrive at night time.

Mashiach Kum, the flame of Joseph and Joseph is a fruitful vine.
