Today in the Daily Mail there is an article mentioning the skin condition and how via a private blood test it was revealed that a woman with Psoriasis had high levels of lipoprotein A, "a type of fat that can stick to the blood vessel walls and clog them up. After the blood tests, Anna was referred for an ultrasound scan which revealed that her carotid arteries, the blood vessels in the neck that supply the brain, were narrowed".
Are oxalates in food involved in lipoproteins? Yes. There is plenty of more medical research on-line.
