IOWA BUTTERCUP LAW

The heavenly Father gave three locations today, and one of those locations was IOWA. So what is going on in IOWA? A legislator from IOWA is proposing a bill called, "Suck It Up, Buttercup", and it would impact upon the funding to universities that provide safe spaces on campuses. In this interview,  it is explained why the bill has been written.

My view as an educator, is that it does appear that the left have gone so far left, that they've sunk like the Millennium Tower. If the appropriate self-development is provided in junior and senior schools when required, by the time students reach college and or university, young people should be emotionally mature enough to adapt to the pressure of studying for an academic degree.

If they're not mature enough to accept the outcome of an election without having "Clinton hysteria" over it, then it begs the question do they really have the emotional development required to do a degree.

A lot of parents like their children to have a degree, while the cost of it, and the lack of career opportunities after it, can be a very big disappointment for the young. Not every child is suitable for academic study, not every child is suitable for university, and young people don't require a degree to be successful in life. A degree doesn't make a person anymore intelligent, as intelligence comes from the heart.

I just thinking today about how important the work ethic is to children, and how in this decade, many children don't do any work until after they've left college or university. Due to that; the work ethic isn't integrated at the important phase of their life to prepare them for the big world that they are about to encounter.

I think my London parents had the right idea, I did chores at home for pocket money, then at age 13, I had three part-time jobs.

A weekend job in retail, an evening job collecting for charity, and a newspaper round before I went to school.  At 15, I was working six days a week, so the work ethic was embedded, and I was ready for the new adventure of life experience. I think some part-time work while children are at secondary school, helps young people to integrate what life is like outside of school. It helps the young people to mature, and also to respect people in the work environment, at the same time as the youth experience the pleasure of paid work.

Education should not be socially engineered, and nor should it be a conveyor belt that is like a manufacturing plant.
